" Nine Nights of Devotion, Dance & Rhythm of Tradition, Spirit of Celebration",
Ganpat University organized the grand YUVARANGAT GUNI NAVRATRI MAHOTSAV 2025 on Saturday, 20th September 2025, from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM at the GUNI Sports Ground. The event was conducted with the spirit of celebrating the traditional festival of Navratri and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Gujarat.
Event Highlights:
All students and staff members enthusiastically participated in the Garba Night wearing traditional costumes, as it was mandatory for entry and participation. The entire campus was filled with vibrant colors, energetic music, and traditional Garba dance, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere. The participants showcased their dancing skills and cultural attire with great enthusiasm. The group performances were particularly eye-catching, reflecting perfect coordination and energy.
Competitions and Awards:
To encourage participation and recognize talent, various prizes were awarded in the following categories:
- Best Costume (Boys & Girls)
- Best Performance (Boys & Girls)
- Best Group Performance (Minimum 6 Participants in similar costume)
Rules and Regulations:
The event was well-organized with strict rules for the safety and discipline of the participants:
- Carrying ID cards was mandatory for all students during the event.
- Entry was strictly restricted to university students; outsiders or friends from other colleges were not allowed.
The YUVARANGAT GUNI NAVRATRI MAHOTSAV 2025 was a grand success, filled with joy, enthusiasm, and cultural spirit. The event provided students an excellent platform to showcase their talent, celebrate traditions, and create unforgettable memories.
