Acharya Motibhai Patel Institute of Computer Studies has hosted online webinar entitled "Faculty Development Programme on an experiential learning platform - Virtual Labs"  on 12th October, 2022 to 14th October, 2022 jointly program with National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, (NITK Surathkal), India. The invited guests, keynote speakers, dignitaries and attendees have joined Online FDP from their home through zoom meeting and have brought together more than 250 participants including students, professors, research scholars from all over the world.
The workshop was virtually inaugurated at 10:15 A.M.  
Welcome Blessings: 
Dr. Satyen Parikh, Executive Dean, Faculty of Computer Applications, Ganpat University addressed the gathering by ad libbing the essential of such a kind of event. He has talked about the importance of Virtual Labs in todays’ era. As one of the most important eLearning tools, they allow the student to conduct various experiments without any constraints to place or time, in contrast to the constraints of real labs.

Total 250 registrations were done across the world.

The expert started the session with a case study like situation of teachers and students in COVID-19. He explored several pieces of evidence for the same and explained each part and correlated them to a virtual lab. He also explained several virtual labs important and example with how to do virtual lab works from basic to advanced.
