Description

The orientation program for the newly admitted first-year students of MCA held on 29- August 2024 in the Seminar Hall, AMPICS, Ganpat University, Gujarat. The program was held in different session and campus visit in which all students
and their parents were present. In the inception of the program, Ganpat University Videos were played. The orientation program began with the welcome of the newly admitted students and their parents, welcome invited guest, students and their parents and briefed about the institute, history with achievements and academic discipline. In this Orientation Program for newly admitted students, starts with welcome address by Prof. Vishnuba Chavda (GUNI-AMPICS), after that Ceremonial address given by Dr. Nirbhay Chaubey, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Applications, then we have a meet with Faculties and Admin staff members. We have interactive session with Prof. Sanjay sir, regarding Placement details, after that, students get overview of subjects, syllabus & project details by Prof. C. D. Patel sir, and also provide information about Rules & Regulation, General Introduction by Prof. Vishnuba Chavada, Examination details given by Prof. Aruna Gurjar, at last we have vote of thanks by Prof. Deepak sir and then we had a lunch break and campus visit.


Overall, the orientation program was a well-executed, multi-faceted program that balanced formal introductions with interactive and engaging activities. It successfully equipped students with the knowledge, skills, and connections
necessary to thrive at Ganpat University, while also allowing for continuous refinement of the orientation program based on student's feedback. Overal, the orientation was a great success.
