Each faculty member mentors a small group of students, maintaining an approximate mentor-mentee ratio of 1:17. This allows mentors to give personal attention and build meaningful connections with their mentees. Regular meetings help track academic progress, attendance, skill development, and overall growth.
Our mentors guide students beyond classroom learning. They help in choosing the right projects, preparing for internships, building resumes, getting ready for interviews, and planning for higher studies or career paths. Students are encouraged to participate in workshops, technical events, certifications, and innovation activities to strengthen their practical knowledge and confidence.
