AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) sponsored Sk Days Faculty Development programme on "Emerging Cyber Security Techniques for Building Resilient Network Infrastructure" hosted by the Ganpat University, Acharya Motibhai Patel Institute of Computer Studies from 7rh July to l2'h July 2O25.

The program, sponsored by the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy, brought together 43 faculty members, research scholars and post graduate students from various universities and institutes of Gujarat State and renowned resource persons' experts from industry, research institute and academia across to explore the vital domain of cybersecurity.

The Faculty Development Program (FDP) commenced on Monday, 7th July 2025, at- 9:0O a.m. '"rzith an inaugural ceremony. The program was inaugurated by esteemed Chief Guests: Shri Rajesh Pokhriyal, Additional Director at CERf-ln, Government of India, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, New Delhi, and Mr. Dhruv Kalaria, Head of Data Management and Risk Analysis at S&P Global, Ahmedabad.

The inaugural ceremony included a blessing message from Honorable Padma Shree Ganpat I. patel, president and Patron-in-Chief of Ganpat University. Honorable Dr- Mahendra Sharma, Group Fro-Chancellor of Ganpat University, extended his best wishes to the Organizing Committee, participants, and AICTE ATAL for *.heir support in organizing the beneficial FDP on cybersecurity.

Dr. Nirbhay Chaubey, Coordinator of the ATAL FDP, extended a warm welcome to participants, guests, and delegates. In his opening remarks, he highlighted the program's significance and objectives, emphasizing its aim to provide a comprehensive learning experience on topics such as: Network infrastructures and cybersecurity, Emerging Techniques: ,{1, ML, block chain, and quantum computing's impact on cybersecurity, lcT Security,Threats and incidents Response and SCADA Network Security. The program featured engaging discussions on research papers. hands-on training sessions, and an industrial visit to the National Forensic Sciences University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, offering participants a rich and immersive learning experience.
